Karnataka Power Transmission Corporation (KPTCL) has floated a tender for strengthening of Lingapura-Ittagi-Neelagunda-Guttur lines in the state
The strengthening work will include the construction of 220 kV DC Line on DC Towers, DC Line On MC Towers and conversion of S/C to D/C Line to an extent of 123.138 km and construction of 1 no. of TB each at 220 kV Lingapura switching station, and 400/220 kV Guttur R/S, & two nos. of TBs each at 220/66 kV Ittagi substation & 220/66/11 kV Neelagunda Substation under GEC on total turnkey basis. Supply of all equipment/ materials, erection (including civil works),testing and commissioning is also part of the scope
The outlay for the contract is Rs 139.76 crore
The deadline for bid submission is 21 December, 2023
